Song: "Favorite State of Mind"- Josh Gracin Mood: Very hungry
Okay-- I wasn't going to have a bachelorette party because this is my second marriage and I don't have bridesmaids and all that. Anyway-- Aimee offered to throw me a party and I let her. It was so much fun!!
On Saturday, June 17th I went over to Aimee's around 4:30ish. She arranged for a Pure Romance person to come and do a party (it was great!). There were eight people there (Aimee, Kim, Shauna (Aimee's friend), Gen, Christy, Nicole, Nicole's Friend, Tina and me). It was really cool because normally the hostess (Aimee) gets the credit for the purchases made by the guests, but she gave me the credit and everyone there bought me things that I put on a wish list! I had about 15 things on my wish list and I got everything except for one!! Talk about awesome!
After the Pure Romance lady left, me, Aimee, Gen and Christy went to Boogie Fever (with Peter Pecker). We met Kate and her friend Lena there. It was so much fun!! I had a checklist stuck to my back and I had to complete various tasks... (so much fun)... but even better, the girls had cards and were supposed to complete the tasks on their cards too. Gen got one that said body shot. So we arranged for her to do a body shot off of a random guy. Since she wanted to do a buttery nipple shot, I made her to do the shot off his nipple. I seriously almost peed my pants because I was laughing so hard.
After the bar we went to Steak and Shake. I'm convinced that friends don't let friends order Steak and Shake chili when they've been drinking. I felt it the entire night and the entire next day. While there... these boys (one with no shirt) came over to our table to get a picture taken (so strange). And the waitress came over and asked Gen if she was going to eat her chicken fingers and Jen said no, the lady said (I swear on my life this is true), "Then put it in my hand." Gen did as she was told but I was so disgusted. This damn waitress ACTUALLY was taking the left over food off our plates and eating it. SO GROSS!!!
Anyway- we went back to Aimee's and I stayed on the couch. It was a very difficult night. Had I been at my own house, it very well could have been the first time I puked. I have never been so completely drunk in my life. However, the good news is that I no longer ever again in my lifetime have to get that drunk again. :)
So that's the story. I'm going to post some pictures. It was awesome!!
