Pretzel Samoas

I got this recipe from Love From the Oven

This is such an easy (and delicious) treat!!!
You need PAM, pretzels, caramel, coconut, and chocolate

Pre-heat your oven to 350 and then GENEROUSLY spray wax paper (on a baking sheet) with Pam

Melt the caramel in the microwave for 45-60 seconds and stir

Dip or spread caramel on the pretzels (CAUTION the caramel will be really hot and VERY sticky)

Sprinkle the caramel-coated pretzels with coconut then place in the freezer or fridge for a few minutes

Put some coconut on a piece of foil and place in the warmed oven

While the coconut is toasting in the oven (5-10 minutes- just watch it) take the chocolate and melt it in the microwave (30 second intervals-- one minute roughly)

Dip or spread chocolate on all the pretzels (This isn't as easy as you'd think- the coconut on the pretzels comes off easily-- so I just used a knife to spread the chocolate all over)

About this time, your coconut should be toasted and brown (and smells heavenly)

Sprinkle the toasted coconut over the freshly dipped/covered pretzels

It'll look like a mess, but don't worry!! Put them in the fridge to set up (not the freezer)

When you're done, you will have something that looks like this!

AMAZING!!!
